The above assets will be available for inspection from 10.00a.m – 4.00p.m from 16th January – 27th January 2023 at the locations indicated above, ONLY during working days.
Please note that the assets will be sold on “as is” “where is” basis with no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied as to the condition of the items. There will be “no refunds” made after payment for the above Assets/Motor vehicle.

Not later than 04:30 p.m. Friday, 27th January 2023 marked “SALE OF……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….
Successful bidders will be, upon notification of RTP, required to pay to RIGHT TO PLAY Uganda within three (3) days. Thereafter, RTP and the buyer will sign a sales agreement upon which the buyer must remove the Asset/Motor vehicle from the RTP Kampala Office Compound, located on Plot; 27, Bukoto drive, Kampala within seven working days (7). For the Motor Vehicles it will be the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the transfer of ownership is completed and paid for, RTP will be available to support the process where necessary
RTP Uganda is not bound to accept the highest or any bid under any circumstances.
Sale of Assets/vehicles is subject to a “Reserved Price”. RTP reserves the right not to award the sale if the reserved price is not met
