BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd promotes financial inclusion by extending financial services to unserved and underserved populations especially women and youth as well as people living in poverty in rural areas. Job Summary: The Human Resource Business Partner will provide a customer centric HR advisory service to an assigned portfolio of staff and drive the successful implementation of HR solutions to achieve the Bank’s strategic objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with line managers in designing, building and implementing talent and succession management programs to support business priorities.
- Drive a high-performance management culture by coordinating end to end performance management process.
- Drive organizational change by spearheading change initiatives in the Bank.
- Support with the development, review and implementation of HR policy, tools and best practice HR guidelines.
- Coach line managers on HR solutions in support of business objectives in terms of workforce planning, performance management, staff capability, staff engagement, organization design, change management and talent management in alignment with the HR strategy for the bank.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field
- Four years of practical and progressive experience in an HR/People development role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Employee Relations, change management and team development experience.
