Job Summary: We are looking for an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail. As our Communications & Marketing Officer, you will work closely with the business and admin teams. Ultimately, your primary objective will be to ensure clear communication of our message across multiple channels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and execute Laboremus’s marketing and communications strategy and plan
- Produce or copy edit marketing collateral, including proposals, sales presentations and press releases
- Create and post social media content on various platforms
- Build Laboremus’s reputation and visibility with press, newsletters and thought leadership in close cooperation with the rest of the team
- Handle communication with industry partners, potential partners and other key stakeholders
- Be responsible for understanding Laboremus’ business model and products and how to translate these to customers’ best
- Host internal and external events in close collaboration with the rest of the team
- Conduct market research
- Assist with other administrative tasks

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least three years of marketing and/or communications experience
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Superb multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and sees opportunities
- Tech-savviness with intimate knowledge of the tech industry
- Ability to research and design marketing strategies and execute on them
- Experience with using graphic design programs like Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with photography
