Job Title: Graduate Intern – Administration Assistant (Several Fresh Graduate Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and directing Visitors
- Receiving Utility bills, processing and analyzing them
- Office and Premises Management
- Handling Petty Cash Processing
- Store and Stock management.
- Any other Duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- Must have acquired at least a Second-Class upper degree from a recognized University or institution
- Should have Graduated between the years 2021 and 2022
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to work in a Team Setting
- Openness to learning
- Excellent writing skills
- A Positive attitude
