Job Summary:  We are seeking an enthusiastic self-driven young talent to join our IT department as a Graduate Trainee. In this position, you will be given an opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a full-time position under the guidance of an experienced personnel.

Investigates and defines requirements for business processes.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyses business processes to determine problems, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Works closely with systems analysts and customers to design and implement solutions.
  • Conducts tests for system related changes.
  • Facilitate end-user trainings.
  • Document requirements including data modelling, process flows and report layouts.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold an Honours Degree (Hons) in Information Technology
  • Business Processes, Data Modeling, Design, End Users, Facilitation, Process Flow
