INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF FOOD ITEMS TO SUAM CYDC
Section A: Back ground:
Suam Child & Youth Development Centre is a holistic development ministry advocating for total release of children from physical, spiritual, socio-emotional and economic poverty in Jesus’ name supporting 342 vulnerable children in the community of Suam Town council, Bukwo District. The center is a church project of UAG church Suam and is in partnership with compassion international.
The project is intending to execute a grant for food distribution from its partner compassion international to its registered participants. Therefore, Suam CDC is inviting interested bidders with all the documents in Section C to submit their Bills of Quantities for the supply of food item listed in Section B of the RFQ.
Section B: Specifications for the supply

NB: The price quotations must include the taxes i.e WHT and any other associated cost like packaging & Transport
Section C: guidelines to the Supplier.
The service provider must provide the following on the bid documents in addition to the price quotations
- A company profile
- Valid Tax Compliance/Clearance Certificate
- Certificate of registration
- Evidence of Physical Address & Premises
- Memorandum/Articles of Association.
- Audited Books/Accounts.
- Experience in the specific field of supplies/services. Attach a maximum of 5 copies of contracts or LPOs you have had over past years.

All interested bidders should take care of the following;
- Suam CDC is not responsible for nay cost associated to preparations of the bid documents
- Suam CDC reserves a right to cancel any supplier at any level if realized that there is a conflict of interest
- Any form of canvassing will lead to cancellation of the supplier
