Job Summary: The Account Developer will deliver Volume and Revenue growth in relevant channels to grow customer base and manage accounts
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Account Development: Partner with key account customers to develop and execute a customer-specific business plan.
- Quality Management: Ensure compliance with Quality Standards and Manage Trade Replacements.
- Promotions: Implement promotional plans
- Merchandising: Execute Implementation of Picture of Success by channel
- Implement stock rotation
- Execute dealer merchandising training
- Order Generation: Sell in Core packs as per Picture of Success
- Orders calculated and captured
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Manage New Product Listings
- Manage volume and revenue growth on behalf of the bottler system by category for stills (
- Negotiates permanent, promotional, and ad hoc space with customer
- Report promotional deviances with Store Owners/managers
- Execute Promotional Compliance
- Monitor competitive activities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or any Business Management related qualification
- One to two years of previous sales experience or equivalent FMCG experience
