Job Summary:  The Infrastructure Network Operations Center Engineer will be responsible for providing NOC Infrastructure support, ensuring maximum network and systems uptime through effective Monitoring, Maintenance, and Incident Management. The incumbent will also be responsible for provisioning new client and infrastructure services

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a University degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field CCNA Certification minimum.
  • At least two years of progressively responsible experience in an ISP environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years deploying wireless networks both at customer sites and at BTSs.
  • Customer service and end-user support experience.
  • Knowledge of network QoS tools including cacti, CnMaestro, etc.
  • Previous interaction with systems such as Sandvine is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of basic power systems, including the operation of site back-up systems.
