Bukona Agro Processors Ltd manufactures denatured ethanol from cassava used for clean cooking. The factory operates under the energy sector as it offers clean cooking energy solutions for its Business to customer and Business to Business segments specifically distributors both local and international. Our products range from GREENERGY bio- stoves, GREENRGY BIOFUEL and GREENERGY pressure cook.
Job Summary: The company is looking for suitable candidates (Male or Female) in the age range between 25-35 years, to fill up the Secretary position. Secretarial work including typing reports and proposals, letter writing, taking meeting minutes and notes, filing and book keeping.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Organizing and servicing meetings (Producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Managing databases
- Prioritizing workloads.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must have a Diploma/Degree in Secretarial studies or any other relevant field from a recognized higher institution of learning
- At least three to five years of experience in the field of secretarial in a reputable organization.
- Short hand education will be an added advantage
- Good Communication skills and knowledge of English, Luo
- Age: 25 – 35 years
