Job Title: Project Manager Assistant (QHSE)

About US:
COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), Infield Flow Lines, water Intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the safety, quality, progress, cost and risk control of the business and departments in charge.
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the target assessment of the department in charge.
- Organize departments in charge for the preparation, implementation and supervision of the rules and regulations, system documents, emergency plans, epidemic prevention and control plans and emergency response plans of the CCJV QHSE; Organize departments in charge to implement daily epidemic prevention and control management.
- Organize the supervision and inspection of the quality, safety, security, health and environment of the project construction and production process.
- Organize departments in charge for carrying out quality audits, safety training, emergency drills, safety knowledge competitions and other QHSE activities.
- Organize departments in charge for the investigation and reporting of accidents within the scope of the authority.
- Organize departments in charge for coordination and management of the work of management personnel.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Qualifications in Quality Assurance & Quality Control, Health, Safety, Environment, Project Management or related.
- Ten years of experience in oilfield
- Certified NEBOSH-IGC, PMP certifications, certified ISO 14001, 9001, 45001 and 18001.
- Qualified QHSE practitioner in oilfield surface facilities installation engineering.
- Various abilities required for oilfield construction/installation/commissioning work.
- Sufficient experience in oilfield project management.
