Job Title: National Content Supervisor

About US:
COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), Infield Flow Lines, water Intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiarize and fully understands the provisions in the Ugandan Upstream Petroleum Act and the Upstream Petroleum Regulations in regard to National Content and ensure that they are duly implement within the contractual obligations as required by the legislation.
- Prepare Project National Contents Execution Plan according the national content commitments in the contract.
- Prepare statistical tables, collect all data and supporting documents of national content and form reports to the Contractor and PAU.
- Prepare national content training plan and monitor the implementation.
- Publicize and implement national content requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor in Administration, Business or Linguistic Study;
- Five years of work experience in the field of overseas oil engineering and construction;
- Four years of commercial experience, including contract negotiation & management, pricing, tender preparation & Integration;
- Human Recourse management, public relation management, administration.
