Job Title: International Purchasing Supervisor

About US:

COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), Infield Flow Lines, water Intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To recruit local purchasing employee.
  • Set up local purchasing strategy for national content requirement.
  • Compile procurement procedure for local content.
  • Implement procurement procedure and process the purchasing activity.
  • Complete site inspection with QA staff.
  • Place RFQ, TBE & CBE, and sign the PO.
  • Pre-qualification to the potential vendor, including site investigation.
  • Compile procurement plan and oversee the manufacturing plan matching with it.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Petroleum or chemistry Engineer of petroleum & chemistry industry.
  • More than 10 years in petroleum & chemistry industry.
