Sinopec Service is engaged in the provision of all project phases service for various sectors, including oil & gas, power, buildings, roads and bridges etc. We are looking for Construction and Project support personnel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Controlling Construction Department documentation
- Following the document control (DC) procedures and use DC software platform such Documentum, iDocs, and Prodom (in-house training will be provided)
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
- Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely tasks completion
- Attend internal and external meeting and record minute
- Work in Chinese & English bilingual environment and translate documents between Chinese and English

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- New HSK (Chinese Competency) Level 5 or above; or equivalent competency certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related majors with minimum 3 years similar working experience.
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Proficient in English, Office Software
- Successful candidates with relevant experience and recognized expertise in large onshore/offshore oil and gas EPC projects will be preferred.
- The working environment is multicultural and demands considerable experience in the project process working with International Clients and Contractors.
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English, and Chinese competency will be a plus.
