About US:

COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), Infield Flow Lines, water Intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall project management of Kingfisher Oil Field Facilities Project (EPC 3);
• Responsible for developing and implementing project execution strategy;
• Responsible for decision making of major and critical project issues;
• Responsible for delivering the project on time;
• Responsible for compliance with HSSE and Quality standards.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering and related majors;
• 20 years of petroleum engineering experience;
• Master the corporate internal procedures and management rules;
• Project Management;
• Master oil field facilities construction& installation knowledge;
• Master the knowledge related to the oil field facilities and equipment;
• Full knowledge of EPC project execution;
• Outstanding team leadership;
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Professional project management knowledge and skill;
• Stakeholders management skills;
• Proficient in English.
