Job Title: Office Assistant (No Experience A’ Level Jobs)

The Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) is established as a Statutory Body under the Uganda Registration Services Bureau Act Cap. 210. The Bureau is a key player in Commercial, Civil and Intellectual Property Rights Registration that facilitate private sector development and vital statistics for national planning.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opens and closes the office
- Supervises cleaners
- The Office Assistant delivers and receives mails for the office
- Prepares and serves tea to staff
- Stamps the documents as required
- Carries out photocopying as required
- Ensures safety of office equipment
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the officers

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
