COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), Infield Flow Lines, water Intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for building and managing visual smart project management platform VSP, which includes design, procurement, nation content, schedule, cost, contract, logistics, construction, quality, inspection, commissioning, delivery and other functions.
- Be responsible for network architecture design of VSP, cloud server scheme preparation, connection scheme between demilitarized zone and Intranet server, firewall scheme, etc.
- Familiar with CNOOC cloud server technology, familiar with the approval, commissioning and maintenance process of server, responsible for network security and data security during project operation.
- Familiar with EPC project management, include design, acquisition, construction, commissioning, system handover and other links, project planning, cost control, familiar with CCJV policy, able to provide decisions for the establishment, operation and maintenance of VSP system.
- Be responsible for system maintenance, information registration, troubleshooting, network acceleration and data issues in China Tianjin office and Uganda Kampala and Kingfisher oil field.
- Responsible for data interaction with the CNOOC Uganda’s EDIS system and troubleshooting in the interaction process, responsible for digital delivery in the later stage of the project.
- Instrumentation and automation knowledge in offshore oil engineering.
- Auto CAD.
- Similar project experience.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical engineering and the automatization specialty.
- At least ten years of petroleum engineering experience.
