Job Title:  Aviation Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of Airside operations and monitoring the quality of Jet A1 fuel issued to customers.
  • Monitor sales volume Vs stocks levels and preparation of operational reports.
  • Oversee and ensure implementation of the Civil Aviation Regulations for Aviation Operations
  • Implementation and following up on MOQCAT, JIG,IATA and JIG HSSEM standards
  • Ensure that aviation facilities at EJAF/Into plane uphold the company’s HSEQ standards and enforcing application of these standards.
  • Supervise, develop, and manage Aviation refuelling staff in a humane and professional manner
  • Assign responsibilities in the most adequate way according to the skill of each staff member
  • Appraise and reward fairly
  • Identify Team’s training needs.
  • Liaise with the Airport Authorities concerning facility Operations, Safety and Security.
  • Monitor maintenance needs for fueling equipment.
  • Directly steps in to carry out refuelling activities during peak hours

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least two years of experience in Depot Management
  • Proven experience leading a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A self-motivated and flexible.
