Job Summary: The Information and Communication Technology (I.C.T) Intern will be working with and under the supervision of the Mission Technical ICT Referent
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the installations of wired and/or wireless networks were needed as well as set up office equipment like printers, video conference systems, Smart phones, and CCTV Cameras among others
- Assisting the deployment of Windows 10, and Office 365 among other software on office laptops
- Carry out assigned periodic preventive maintenance tasks on the ICT equipment.
- Provide support in updating ICT Documentation like Network maps, Asset inventories, and User “How to” Procedures among others
- Assist in the support given to users to solve their ICT-related problems.
- Assist in the testing and setup of VHF/HF/Satellite Communication devices
- Follow up with ICT suppliers on products or services like Internet Installations, Printer/laptop repairs, and Communication issues among others
- Generate Monthly reports on ICT activities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Information and Communications Technology or equivalent
- Fresh University Graduate (No experience is required)
- Competences/ Skills: Team worker, Proactive, Flexible, Good written and Verbal communication, able to work With multicultural people.
- Language: English is mandatory, and French is a strong asset.
