Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keeping inventory records, receiving and recording the receipts and issues, monitoring stock usage, to provide pro-active advice to inventory controllers/ sales Managers on inappropriate levels, and potential problem areas such as stockouts or low stock.,
- Develop a system for identifying all SKU/part numbers as per business needs and store them in such way that locating materials in stores based on part numbers
- Ensure all items arriving/leaving the store are packaged and documented correctly by enforcing compliance with our standards.
- Responsible for quarterly stock counting.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should be a graduate with additional qualifications in Stores management
- At least two years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of Tally and MS office usage is essential.
