Reports to: Value Creation Supervisor

Job Summary: The Value Creation Agent will interact with the aYo customers to ensure customer retention, loyalty and increase customer uptake thus increasing company revenue.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Educate customers about the company’s services
- Make sells follow up calls most especially on failed transactions and others.
- Contact customers to remind them about renewing their premiums.
- Grow company revenue.
- Document all feedback.
- Update customer’s details in the system.
- Close sell deals
- Manage pre churn and active base: Offer quality engagement of the existing customer, to establish their challenges.
- To take on extra responsibilities and duties as required by the Business or assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of a Diploma from a recognized University.
- Six months of experience in Telesales, sales or customer service.
- Experience in an insurance company.
- Call Centre/ Back-office experience
Skills and qualification required:
- Able to communicate in their other languages; Runyankole, Runyoro, Luganda Luo and English
- Self-driven
- Positive attitude towards life in general.
- Strong Communication skills
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a busy and goal-oriented sales- driven environment.
