Starting Salary: Net of Ugx 500,000 plus a commission upon surpassing targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Raising Gabdho Foundation (RGF) is looking for two Retail Sales executives to manage the relationship between RGF and its distributors/retailers at sales point, ensuring consistent delivery of the RGF Customer Commitment and values.
- Identify Gaps in all aspects at the sales point (including service and ‘people’) address them in a way that is of mutual benefit to both the distributor/Retailer and RGF.
- Maximizing all sales development potential whilst protecting RGF’s interests, through the coaching and motivating of distributor/Retailer
- Manage and maintain positive distributor/Retailer relationships, supporting them to achieve and maintain top class sales point performance (including support to under performing distributor/Retailer).
- Deliver Sales & Operations targets for geographical area through regular reviews and appropriate action plans.
- Ensure distributor/Retailer implement all areas of the Customer Commitment and ensure compliance with the Operations standards, contracts and manuals.
- Ensuring that distributor/Retailer actions do not damage RGF’s Reputation.
- Ensuring that the distributor/Retailer trains and develops their staff, and understands the importance of people in delivering the Customer Commitment.
- Manage and maintain a distributor/Retailer master plan within the territory through retailer competency and performance assessment and involvement with recruitment process.
Accountabilities:
- Customers: Ensure consistent delivery of Customer Commitment by managing contract compliance and supporting the distributor/Retailer to collect customer feedback.
- Updating of the customer feedback register and ensuring that all customer issues are addressed in the shortest time possible.
- People: Coach, support and advise distributor/Retailer using the appropriate tools (thereby closing any identified gaps to Customer Commitment)
- Manage distributor/Retailer Screening and Induction processes
- Ensuring that the distributor/Retailer trains and develops their staff, and understands the importance of People in delivering to the Customer using the distributor/Retailer business plans.
Operational:
- Plan and conduct site visits in accordance with distributor/Retailer visit Planning tool
- Provide counseling to distributor/Retailer on cost efficiency and site profitability
- Implementation and ongoing support of Marketing and Network initiatives
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Autonomy, organization (ability to prioritize tasks), strict approach, customer-oriented mindset and reliable.
- Analytical, attention to details, reactivity, availability, curious, able to work under pressure & take up imprompt tasks.
- Very good relational level/social.
- Ability to lead a team
