Job Title:  Project Officer – COVID-19 Vaccination Project (2 Job Opportunities)

Mildmay Uganda is an indigenous Christian NGO that offers General and HIV/AIDS medical services also providing technical support for Ministry of Health Systems to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services.

Job Summary:  The Project Officer- COVID-19 Vaccination Project will lead the planning, implementation and reporting of COVID-19 Vaccination interventions in the assigned districts.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Diploma in Clinical medicine and community health or Diploma in nursing and midwifery; plus registration with relevant professional bodies and in possession of a valid practicing License.
• Two years of experience in clinical care of people living with HIV or one year experience in Implementing COVID-19 pandemic response interventions;
• Demonstrable experience in implementing health system strengthening interventions or supporting district led programing; and strong interpersonal communication skills –both oral and written.
