Job Summary: The Human Resources & Administration Graduate Trainee will provide support to the Human Resource Operations & Information Systems section.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the TotalEnergies Human Resources & Administration Graduate Trainee job should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Industrial Psychology, Social sciences/Social Work & Social Administration with specialization in HRM
- At least two years of post-graduation experience
- Good Knowledge of the Human Resource Information Systems- HRIS
