Job Title: Document Controller

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Control all the documentation produced by contractor to be delivered to the Company.
- Prepare and codify all documents and apply in all the required template format.
- Submit all needed documents using Prodom or other submission platform.
- Keep an updated record of all documentation, code and status.
- Control the drawings and specifications valid in each phase of the project.
- Control documentation produced by quality department, including lab reports.
- Attend meetings with the Company related with documentation control.
- Collaborate in the preparation of handover dossier of the Project
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyor or related field.
- Minimum professional experience of five (5) years in similar functions on related construction projects.
- Previous International experience in the same position
