Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- This opportunity is strictly for individuals who will be personally involved in the running of the Retail Business
- Ugandan citizen with a proven track record of integrity and commitment Previous experience in the industry while useful is not essential as Libya Uganda will provide continuous training and support to our dealers through various programs
- At least three (3) years’ experience in growing a robust business in a challenging and dynamic business environment with demonstrated strong business acumun The individual MUST be able to grow existing volumes and defend company business Interests in the trade area
- Must be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and managing business relationships appropriate
- You should either have own capital or demonstrate the ability to finance the business from 150 million to 500 million UGX depending on the trade area in question Certified bank statements for the last two financial years indicating the available working capital should be submitted along with the application
- Ability to operate business within stipulated laws and regulations is a must with a focus on Health, Safety and protecting the Environment
- Must be committed to upholding the OLA Energy values of pursuing excellence encouraging collaboration fostering innovation and nurturing Leadership
