Job Summary: The Manager Costing and Factory Accounts will implement and monitor financial controls in respect of expenses, materials procurement, and utilization as it affects the Plant.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and track all product line costings and all variance MoM or YoY.
- Regularly update all bill of materials.
- Keep monitoring changes, variances, inflations with reasons and suggested solutions.
- Help of establishing product pricing.
- Work on innovative ways to bring down cost of product/ production.
- Monitoring Operational costs of entire business and keep analyzing the same.
- Carry out cost volume profit analysis.
- Conduct monthly Cost audits and report to Management.
- Prepare P&L for daily lot wise sales.
- Prepare daily Factory cost sheet.
- Monitor Non-Raw Material Items movement, consumption pattern and apply economic measures.
- Prepare department wise budgets and variance
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a BBA, BCOM with CPA/ACCA complete
- Seven years of experience e in a busy reputable company
