Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Reports to: Human Resource Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR policies are implemented
- Ensure timely, quality recruitment and selection for all employees
- Coordinate and ensure timely evaluation process for all employees annually and probationary
- Ensure up to date and accurate HR Information database and employees records administration
- Administer implementation of the staff well-being policy/initiatives
- Management of employees relations, conflict resolution among employees
- Organising trainings (Internal and External)
- Facilitation and orientation of newly hired employees’ processes at all levels
- Timely generation of HR reports from HRIS and presentation to HR Manager
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent experience and should be professionally qualified in HR (post-graduate qualification).
- At least three years’ experience in handling, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and welfare, HR information management and administration
- Additional post graduate qualification in HR management will be an added advantage
- Detailed working knowledge of local labor law
- Discreet and able to work with confidential issues
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Skills in information management and records keeping
