It also provides scalable, integrated operations & maintenance resources and services covering the lifecycle of energy assets, as well as tele-operated surveillance and maintenance services.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Administration & Employee Relations

  • Coordinate administration requests on site for example update of medical insurance records, annual medical checkups, employee file updates etc.
  • Identify issues that employees on site may face and recommend solutions to the Head of Administration.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives on site.
  • First point of contact for all HR matters on site

Labour Management Audits

  • Conduct periodical audits on all contracting companies on site in line with the Labor Management Plan
  • Identify Anomalies in Contractors HR Management and escalate the issues to the Head of Administration.
  • Responsible for record Management pertaining to all Contractor HR Audits.
  • Formulate working relationships with the different groups of people on site to be able to escalate issues that have the potential to lead to labour action.

Reporting

  • Ensure each contractor keeps a record of employee issues raised and action taken.
  • Submit a report and a labor management plan compliance matrix in support of each audit undertaken.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years’ experience working in the Human Resources Field
  • Good knowledge of the national employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
  • Team player profile, organized, discreet, good analytical skills
