Job Title: Legal Analyst (Fresher Job Opportunities)

KK Advisors is a new multi-disciplinary advisory firm driven towards supporting the development of sustainable infrastructure and enabling creation and operation of sustainable infrastructure markets on the African continent.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertaking in-depth research into any aspect of the law in support of the firm.
- Gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions, legal articles, codes, and documents
- Investigate facts and the applicable laws
- Draft and prepare legal briefs for the various aspects that the firm handles
- Prepare correspondences, documents, and other relevant files necessary
- Collect, collate, analyze, document and store research data / information.
- Initiate and participate in designing research proposals/ concept papers, work plans
- Support the in integration and interpretion of laws or legal and regulatory issues
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized institution with a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.
- Experience
- At least two years of relevant working experience
- Experience working in the electricity supply industry is an added advantage
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis
- Good research and data analysis skills
- Good report writing skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
