Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will undergo a 12-month accelerated development Programme at CCBA in Uganda, designed to impart management, business knowledge, and expertise in preparation for a management role within CCBA.
The primary focus of the Management Trainee is to maximize performance through:
- Rotation across respective Functions & Departments
- Mentoring sessions
- Intense On-the-Job training programs
- Leadership Development Programmes
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, HR, Engineering and Supply Chain
- At least three years of experience
- Two years of experience
- Advanced MS skills
- Valid driver’s License
