Job Summary: The Regional Manager is the head of the branch management team and as such s/he supervises the branches under area of jurisdiction and ensures achievement of business objectives like profitability, customer service, sales and digital channel uptake. The Regional Manager also ensures that the policies and procedures approved are adhered to.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BCOM, or Microfinance related field
- At least eight years’ experience in a Microfinance of which 4 should have been in a managerial position.
- Excellent Communications and interpersonal skill
