Job Title:  Regional Manager (Several Jobs)

Letshego Uganda is a retail financial services business offering a range of financial products to the retail market in Uganda. Letshego Uganda is regulated by Uganda Microfinance Regulatory Authority and is one of the 11 subsidiaries of Letshego Holdings Limited across Africa.

 

Job Summary:  The Regional Manager is the head of the branch management team and as such s/he supervises the branches under area of jurisdiction and ensures achievement of business objectives like profitability,  customer service, sales and digital channel uptake. The Regional Manager also ensures that the policies and procedures approved are adhered to.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BCOM, or Microfinance related field
  • At least eight years’ experience in a Microfinance of which 4 should have been in a managerial position.
  • Excellent Communications and interpersonal skill
