Job Title:   Regional Coordinator (Several Job Vacancies)

Reports to: Sales and Operations Manager

At Prestige Driving School we teach and train our learners how to become the safe drivers of tomorrow. With the backing of our competent staff, we aim at providing the highest level of driver training in Uganda, with the objective of equipping learners with defensive driving skills

 

Job Summary:  The Regional Coordinator will be the lead of branch sales personnel in selling, marketing and ensure that all the set targets and goals are achieved.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily branch operation supervision and providing solutions to challenges faced.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure targets are hit through various sales agents
  • Share necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports to your supervisors on time
  • Carry out branch audits according to the company policy
  • Develop Marketing and business development strategies for particular regions.
  • Ensuring efficient utilization of company assets and their safety.
  • Maintain a brand standards across your region.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Degree in any business-related field
  • At least three (3) years working experience in a reputable organization
  • Any other certificates and accreditations are an added advantage.
  • Ability to audit
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and selling skills
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate strong disciplinary and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Computer literate

 

Note that successful candidates will be required to travel to our  head office in Bugolobi  Kampala for training and induction at their own cost and thereafter deployed immediately. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
