Job Summary: The Branch Manager is responsible for the success of the branch in provision of leadership to the staff. The branch manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the branch and is ultimately responsible for the achievement of the business objectives of the branch I.e. Sales, profitability, Customer experience and compliance to policies and procedures.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from recognised institutions in; Commerce or a business-related course.
- At least six years of experience in the Microfinance sector with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Excellent communication, analytical and presentation and management skills
