USAID/SITES oversees the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) aspects of the HIV and Family Health for the USAID supported implementing partners. This includes the DREAMS (Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe) and Key and priority Populations. DREAMS and KP/PP programs aim at reducing HIV vulnerability in these special groups.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Registration of invoices and claims received.
- Review & verify contracts with suppliers/contractors.
- Computation & processing of cash advances to staff and Government officials.
- Review accountability of cash advances from staff and Government officials.
- Assist with preparation of quarterly VAT reports.
- Assist with the preparation of WHT payments.
- Photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving of financial documents.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Finance & Compliance Manager.
