Job Summary: The Shop Attendant will offer support to customers in a high-end shopping complex.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attending customers shopping, arranging delivery orders
- Recording sales using the provided Point of Sale system
- Balancing the sales on daily basis
- Balancing the inventory on monthly basis with responsibility
- Communicating with suppliers, and other necessary works to keep the shop neat and attractive.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome as well as he/she is willing to learn and open to feedback.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or retail is regarded as a plus.
