Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of a robust complete client/ customer database.
- Client relationship mapping and tracking of key customer performance by segment.
- Manage and keep updated the customer database to assure retention and provide proactive customer support throughout the entire customer life cycle.
- Implementation of the strategic B2B excellence activities including customer commitment, customer engagement, client satisfaction surveys, monitoring and improvement.
- Develop customer management strategies and manage the implementation of the same.
- Define best practice customer experience indicators and establish clear KPIs for achieving the same across the company.
- Develop plans and activities to improve customer experience and strengthen the relationship between the organization and its clients/Customers
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- At least five years performing similar duties in an FMCG company
- Practical Experience in customer-relationship management
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to drive client focused outcomes, Strong communication skills and IT know-how.
- Excellent organizational skills; Strong listening skills and problem-solving skills
