Job Summary: The Corporate Account Manager will;

Establish and grow the Mobile money partner base;
Drive acquisition of mobile money partners (Merchants, 3rd Parties i.e. Integrators, Aggregators, Organisations; Corporates, SMEs, Multinationals, Government; MDAs, Financial Institutions, etc.)
Ensure increased uptake of mobile money solutions by corporate companies
Relationship Management of Mobile money ] partners to ensure retention and grow revenue
To develop strategies to achieve set targets of partner acquisition and transaction volumes

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the relationships with partners are realized in terms of increased sales and revenues
To establish new distribution channels for partners and financial institutions
To manage relationships of corporate partners
To manage fault resolution of mobile money products and services on behalf of partners
To drive the uptake of newly developed mobile money products
To drive and own “end to end” partner client acquisition as per set performance targets, across all channels; integrated and Open API
To sustainably grow transactions of the clients per set targets
Deliver Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The applicant for the MTN Uganda Corporate Account Manager job placement must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in education, Social Science, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline
Three years of experience in Sales and distribution in a competitive service industry
Minimum experience in team management and account management
More than two years of driving experience
In depth knowledge & understanding of the Mobile Money Product from a Mobile Money corporate business solutions perspective.
Sales and distribution experience
Marketing and promotional activities
Reporting skills
