Job Summary:  The Corporate Account Manager will;

  • Establish and grow the Mobile money partner base;
  • Drive acquisition of mobile money partners (Merchants, 3rd Parties i.e. Integrators, Aggregators, Organisations; Corporates, SMEs, Multinationals, Government; MDAs, Financial Institutions, etc.)
  • Ensure increased uptake of mobile money solutions by corporate companies
  • Relationship Management of Mobile money ] partners to ensure retention and grow revenue
  • To develop strategies to achieve set targets of partner acquisition and transaction volumes

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the relationships with partners are realized in terms of increased sales and revenues
  • To establish new distribution channels for partners and financial institutions
  • To manage relationships of corporate partners
  • To manage fault resolution of mobile money products and services on behalf of partners
  • To drive the uptake of newly developed mobile money products
  • To drive and own “end to end” partner client acquisition as per set performance targets, across all channels; integrated and Open API
  • To sustainably grow transactions of the clients per set targets
  • Deliver Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant for the MTN Uganda Corporate Account Manager job placement must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in education, Social Science, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline
  • Three years of experience in Sales and distribution in a competitive service industry
  • Minimum experience in team management and account management
  • More than two years of driving experience
  • In depth knowledge & understanding of the Mobile Money Product from a Mobile Money corporate business solutions perspective.
  • Sales and distribution experience
  • Marketing and promotional activities
  • Reporting skills

 

Training:

  • Basics of Sales and Distribution
  • Account management
