Job Title:  Loading Supervisor (2 Fresher Job Opportunities)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• To ensure all finished products are loaded and delivered to the customers in time and good condition
• Tally up goods loaded and reconcile with loading order
• Check that goods loaded on trucks comply with customer specifications
• Carry tally sheets to Sales Office for invoicing
• Supervise, monitor and guide Loading Assistants
• Sign off the goods dispatched note
• Any other duties assigned by the Dispatch Manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Hold an Ordinary Diploma in Transport and Logistics Management, Accounting, Procurement, and supply chain management, or Business Administration. Required
• With at least two years of relevant work experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently in carrying out assignments to completion
• Effective Verbal and written communication
• Customer service orientation skills
• Considerable ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and compose effective and accurate correspondence
• Dealing with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions
• Decision-making skills is required.
