Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be in constant alignment with H3SE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and • applicable legislation
  • Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger. Exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons, installations and ensure that effective safety and security procedures for personnel and equipment are being adhered to.
  • Responsible for the promotion of Company safety, environment and quality policies and programs, and carry out HSE specific duties and responsibilities related to the job.
  • Ensure compliance of the C&P process with all internal company rules (including TGP Guide to conduct) and all applicable laws and regulation (JV rules, Country laws…)
  • The job holder liaises with Métier Partners and contributes to processes and communication of the stock control entity by performing the following activities:
  • Perform regular and rotating stock inventory in coordination with warehouse personnel.
  • At this occasion, follow materials storage conditions, certification and documentation, in coordination with technical representatives.
  • Initiate and follow actions when inspection, repair or storage bin movements are necessary.
  • Perform periodical stock inventory of materials stored at contractors facilities, issue reports and follow subsequent actions in coordination with Drilling and Field Operations representatives.
  • More generally, interface coordination with Warehouse and Reception areas and teams.
  • Prepare stock inventory reports related to his activity.
  • Participate to internal and external audits as requested by his hierarchy, and bring assistance for tracking materials, searching related documentation and initiate regularisation.
  • The job holder performs the stock inventory and related activities for Drilling and Field Operations materials
  • Ensure consistency between SALSA and physical stock by reporting Physical Inventories and participating in annual materials counts,
  • Guarantee material availability in term of quality / quantity to ensure that Métier Partners requirements are met.
  • To Identify and participate to all optimization actions of the affiliate’s materials management
  • Ensure information regarding materials management is readily available.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a University degree or equivalent
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies in the Supply Chain and in Operational functions will be an added advantage.
  • At least three years experience
  • Experience using SALSA/MM (Supply Chain) module is appreciated
  • Added advantage: experience in the Oil and Gas industry with a good knowledge of Drilling, Field Operations and Maintenance materials.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good command of English language and excellent communication skills
