Unifi Uganda delivers personal lending products from branch-based channels, utilising internally generated software and lending products backed by internal IT and data analytics teams.
Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic result orientated individuals who are passionate about marketing and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be hungry for success and combine a natural flair for marketing with a good working knowledge of our products.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Directly engage customers to generate sales
- Participate in marketing presentations to prospective customers
- Conduct market research by monitoring customer’s feedback
- Execute a successful marketing strategy by identifying customer segments and geographical locations
- Ensure that clients have the right information regarding the products, promotions, and other value-added services.
Other
- Maintain thriving relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold relevant qualifications
- Previous experience in direct sales and customer experience management.
