Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the loading and offloading of LPG Cylinders and accessories in the Depot
- Coordinate with security and ensures that trucks with LPG orders at the bond gate enter, the depot timely for loading and follow up of LPG trucks in the market.
- Ensure proper storage of all filled and empty LPG cylinders plus LPG Accessories
- Reconcile LPG/Accessories every month and delivery notes every after invoicing.
- Ensure that performance report is sent every evening to managers/stake holders.
- Ensure that LPG delivery trucks are compliant with safe to load and HSEQ procedures and practices.
- Ensure that before any trucks leaves the depot checks on the quantity loaded is carried with the truck driver and security personnel to confirm the quantity loaded.
- Follow up with customer orders from Customer service Centre and planning routes with, sales team.
- Perform any other duties relating to the job as assigned by management.
- Ensure compensatory measures listed for any Down-graded situation are followed
- Ensure the test schedules of Safety Critical Barriers as listed in the depot Technical Integrity test program and failures reported to the Depot Manager immediately
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the TotalEnergies LPG Yard Supervisor job placement must hold a Diploma in Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in similar role
- Inter-personal and communication skills.
- Good analytical skills
- Good computer skills (Ms. Excel, MS Word).
