Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining best practice in client/customer service relationship management
  • Create and maintain a robust complete client/ customer database.
  • Client relations mapping and tracking of key customer performance by segment.
  • Manage and keep updated the customer database to assure retention and provide proactive customers support throughout the entire customer life cycle.
  • Implement strategic B2B excellence activities including customer commitment, customer engagement, client satisfaction surveys, monitoring and improvement.
  • Develop customer management strategies, plans and manage the implementation of the same.
  • Develop best practice customer experience matrices/ indicators and establish clear KPIs for achieving the same across the company.
  • Develop plans and activities to improve customer experience and strengthen the relationship between TEMUL and its clients/Customers




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in in a Business, Marketing related field
  • Minimum years post qualifying experience: 5 years
  • Type of experience: Practical Experience in clients/ customer-relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to drive client focused outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and IT know-how, Relationship-Building Skills
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Strong listening skills and problem-solving skill
