Job Summary:  The Retention Lead Generator will provide specialist advise and support for day-to-day work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).  The retention LG will support on the day-to-day retention business needs in the Liabilities, Card, Digital and Bancassurance space. The activities will include: Inactive Account Reactivation Dormant Account Reactivation Account Funding Digital Sign-up Carding – Debit Card Bancassurance premium payment reminders

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate for the ABSA Bank Retention Lead Generator job must hold relevant qualifications
• Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
