Job Summary: The Manager Certification Reports will ensure the projects are compliant and with updated documentation necessary for certification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- ICS project documentation completion in compliance with required Regulations.
- Transaction Certificate applications and supporting documents for domestic and export transactions and getting Transaction Certificates issued on time.
- Carrying out internal inspection and maintaining internal inspection report as and when required.
- Handling external inspections by certification bodies and complying with requirements.
- Overlooking certification documentation for projects and keep ready for unannounced audits any time.
- Communication with certification bodies and external bodies for certification.
- Keep updates on regulatory changes in different certification Regulations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold an B.SC/M.SC in Agriculture
- At least eight years of work experience in Organic Certification
- Independent handling
- Handling of Team
- Decision making
- Handling pressure situation
- Ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
