Job Summary: The scrum master is responsible for understanding and applying the scrum framework, developing people and teams, and managing products with agility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Helping DevSecOps teams apply scrum framework
- Enabling communications across all levels
- Managing sprints
- Managing product backlog
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant for the MTN Uganda MADAPI Scrum Master job must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Telecom Engineering, Project Management
- Relevant certification / accreditation as required for role
- SCRUM master certification
- At least three years’ experience in relevant sector/industry/ area of specialization
- Worked in a diverse culture
- Software delivery lifecycle process
- Deep understanding Agile/scrum
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Conflict management skills
- Flexibility – the ability to adapt and change in the light of changing circumstances / new information.
- Negotiation skills
