Job Title: Junior Accountant

About US:
East African Packaging Solutions (EAPS) is a leading supplier of all types of corrugated boxes (outer cartons) in 3PLY and 5 PLY and in both white kraft and brown kraft with full colour printing or corrugated carton boxes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Support Senior Accountant. competency in Microsoft Office particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Working knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelors of Commerce.
- Two to three years of related work experience
- Experience handling accounts of Manufacturing units.
