Job Summary: The Phenom Analyst will be a technical professional with Phenom delivery experience and an understanding of all aspects of Phenom IT delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Mace Way (Phenom control centre) processes and recommended tools.
- Working knowledge of Phenom methodologies and tools related to managing IT projects.
- Responding to client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
- Having excellent attention to detail and ability to validate and check data and reports, recording and reports produced, providing basic commentary and analysis.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
- You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
- You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
