In Uganda, FH is operational in the Districts of Adjumani, Kitgum, Lamwo, Kole, Kween, Mbale, Namutumba and Amudat Districts implementing programs in four main sectors of Education; Food Security and Livelihoods; Health/Nutrition and Disaster Risk Reduction; with the Head office located in Kampala.
Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Program Area Manger, the Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant (Nutri- Cash Pilot) will help in the documentation of project activities using the different project tools both in hard and soft versions. Provide routing monitoring checks in the project setting, community and health facility to ensure quality implementation of planned activities anchored on the detailed implementation plan.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data management, documentation and reporting
- Monitoring visits and spot checks
- Adherence to program protocols, SOPs and guidelines
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should at least hold a degree in monitoring and evaluation, statistics, community health and other related disciplines.
- Knowledge of using different data analysis software’s EPI Info, SPSS, STATA, Python and R.
- Knowledge in developing assessment tools on online platforms
- Relevant experience in food security, health and nutrition assessments is desired
- Have related working experience in humanitarian contexts (conflict insecure contexts) preferably.
- Must have motorcycle riding skills with a valid and clean permit and be willing to access communities by motorcycle
- Language: Proficiency in Madi/Arabic/Swahili and written English is a Must.
