It also provides scalable, integrated operations & maintenance resources and services covering the lifecycle of energy assets, as well as tele-operated surveillance and maintenance services.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The jobholder will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Attendance, Admission & Registration. The job holder shall organize, maintain, and manage the processes and operations of stipend payments, medical, registration and associated administration services. Provide advisory services for all matters related to student admissions for Tilenga Operations entities, and/or external stakeholders.
  • Consolidate daily apprentice’s attendance database.
  • Yield attendance and lateness records provided by instructors on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with Contractor managing trainees regarding apprentice’s stipends, medical insurance, pension fund…
  • Monitor monthly apprentice’s salary calculations for Academy Management approval and liaise with TEEPU HR department for the payroll process
  • Monitor the proper management from Contractor of apprentices’ personal files, with all documents related to administrative formalities.
  • Monitor the proper use, accuracy and updating of SIS (Student Information System)
  • Maintain and update apprentices’ personal file regarding behavior. Formalize SIR (Student Incident Report) and SPR (Student Performance Report) raised by instructors or management.
  • Organize disciplinary committee meetings; prepare all the required documents and minutes of meetings.
  • Prepare the employment dossiers to be sent to TEEPU HR
  • Provide day to day administrative support to Management





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Diploma level in HR or Administration or Education.
  • At least five years’ experience in a similar environment
  • Capable of adhering to and respecting of confidential and sensitive information and data
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting. Strong Microsoft Office skills
