About US:

Mapenzi Grill Restaurant is a take away and food delivery restaurant located on Plot 23 Bukoto Street, Kamwokya, Kampala.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving beverages and juices, ranging from simple to elaborate ones as requested by diners.
  • Answering diners’ questions about menu choices
  • Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
  • Taking payment from diners.
  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs.
  • Keeping the work environment sanitized and organized
  • Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
  • Generates revenues by attracting new diners, defining new and expanded services and products.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant should have acquired experience as a barista with great communication skills.
  • A happy, friendly personality.
  • Customer service skills and knowledge.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
  • Positive and approachable manner.
  • Team player qualities.
